Description
This lot comprises an assortment of ladies’ formal hats and a hair fascinator. The collection features a variety of styles suitable for formal occasions, constructed from materials including sinamay, woven straw, and synthetic mesh. The group includes a wide-brimmed black and cream straw hat decorated with black feathers and a quill, alongside several sinamay hats in cream, ochre, and champagne tones with ribbon edging and ostrich feather accents. Further items include a large black sculptural hat with a striped brim, a dark brown cloche-style hat with a side bow, and a black hat with a contrasting gold-toned ribbon bow. A navy blue pillbox hat is fitted with a birdcage veil featuring small chenille dots. The assortment also contains a black crinoline mesh fascinator mounted on a clear plastic hair comb. The hats are housed in three cardboard storage boxes in white, black, and black-and-white striped finishes.
