Description
This lot comprises a Postmodern architectural coffee table. The base is composed of a smooth rectangular stone effect plinth supporting a metal framework with ‘X’ cross-bracing and central circular rings. Within this frame sits a rough-hewn, arched stone element topped with a smooth spherical stone effect finial. The upper portion of the base consists of a rectangular stone effect frame with a honed exterior and a jagged quarried interior texture. The piece is finished with a thick, rectangular clear glass top with polished edges.
