Description
This lot comprises three assorted hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs and mats. The collection includes a hand-knotted Persian-style mat featuring an all-over floral and botanical design on a cream field, with scrolling vines, palmettes, and small floral motifs in shades of blue, red, orange, and green, enclosed by a navy blue primary border with a repeating floral guard border. The second piece is a hand-knotted Turkmen-style rug with a traditional geometric pattern featuring two rows of five octagonal Tekke guls on a deep madder red field, surrounded by multiple narrow geometric borders. The third item is a plush wool Chinese-style rug featuring a central circular floral medallion set against a vibrant blue field, bordered by a white and navy blue Greek key inner border and a wide beige outer border decorated with floral sprigs and stylized birds. The rugs are constructed with wool piles on cotton or wool foundations. No maker’s marks, labels, or signatures are visible on the surfaces shown.

The items show varying degrees of use. Rugs show some moth damage.
