Description
A vintage structured business briefcase by Salvatore Ferragamo, crafted from smooth dark brown leather. The design features twin rigid leather-covered top handles and two primary compartments. The main central compartment is accessed via a metal zip, as is a secondary document pocket on the front face. The front is set with a rectangular gold-tone metal plaque secured by two screws, featuring the cursive Ferragamo signature mark. The interior is lined with a light-coloured suede-like material and bears a black stamp reading Salvatore Ferragamo FLORENCE MADE IN ITALY.
Condition report:
The leather exterior exhibits visible signs of wear consistent with age and regular use, including scattered surface scuffs, scratches, and notable areas of rubbing with colour loss, particularly to the reverse side and lower edges. The gold-tone hardware shows minor tarnishing. The interior lining displays moderate wear and light soiling. One zipper pull is present but lacks its original leather tab.
