Description
A six-drawer double chest of drawers constructed from oak and oak veneers with woven cane drawer fronts. The dresser features a mitered outer frame and drawers arranged in two vertical banks of three, each fronted with natural cane webbing and fitted with a clear acrylic and brass-tone T-bar pull. The unit is supported by four tapered dowel legs joined by a cross-stretcher. A white adhesive label on the rear of the unit reads SKU No: 74534442 Item Description: Oscar Cane & Oak 6D Dresser Manufactured Date: 08/2022 TSCA Title VI Compliant MADE IN VIETNAM. The label also features a circular QC stamp and a date stamp reading 15 AUG 2022. The drawer interiors are finished in a light wood-tone laminate or veneer with modern flat-panel bases.

Condition report:
Multiple surface scratches and scuff marks are visible across the top oak veneer surface and along the front top edge (photos 2, 3, 5, and 6). There are minor chips and losses to the veneer on the top left and top right corners (photos 5 and 6). The woven cane fronts appear intact and free from breaks or sagging (photo 1). The clear acrylic hardware and brass-tone mounts are present and secure. The piece remains structurally sound with light wear consistent with contemporary use.
