Description
This lot comprises a framed figurative drawing on paper by Max Holloway, titled Inside.
The work is executed in a textured, hatched style, using coloured pencil or pastel pencil, and depicts a group of men behind a heavy square-mesh wire cage. The composition includes several male figures, with one on the right wearing a lime-green shirt. The drawing is presented in a cream-coloured mat and a black-painted wooden frame. A signature and date reading HOLLOWAY 93 is applied in black to the lower right corner.

Condition report:
The black-painted wooden frame shows significant paint loss and wood chipping along the bottom edge (photo 1). A small brown stain is visible on the lower central portion of the cream-coloured mat (photo 1). The frame corners exhibit light wear and minor gapping. The drawing itself appears in good condition with general dust consistent with age.
