Description
This lot comprises two table lamps. The ‘Newton’ desk lamp is constructed from white painted metal with an articulated two-part arm, a counter-balance, and a conical shade. The underside bears a white adhesive label reading ‘Made in PR of China for Habitat London E1 5LP 220V-240V G9 Max 40W Newton’ with model/SKU ‘951675’ and batch ’22/10′. The ‘Pole’ table lamp features a dark-stained wood base with a tapered stem and circular foot, paired with a dark brown fabric drum shade. Its underside is fitted with a white adhesive label reading ‘Made in China for Habitat London E1 5LP 230-240V E27 MAX. 100W Pole’ with model/SKU ‘990851’ and batch ‘0726’. Both pieces include integrated black power cords and UK three-pin plugs.
Condition report:
Both lamps exhibit surface dust and light scuffs consistent with use. A faint indentation is visible to one side of the brown fabric shade (photo 1 and photo 4). The white painted finish on the desk lamp shows minor surface marks but no significant losses (photo 2).
