Description
This lot comprises a REMS butt welding machine for plastic pipes mounted on a mobile black metal storage cabinet. The unit is designed for joining PE, PP, PB, and PVDF pipes and fittings. A manufacturer data plate confirms the machine as REMS Typ 252046, manufactured in 2019 in Waiblingen, Germany, with specifications including 110V~ 50-60Hz, 1700W, and a capacity of Ø 40-160mm. The serial number is 1915003310. The machine is fitted with a manual lever-operated clamping system on a sliding aluminium bed.

The storage cabinet features a large yellow adhesive label reading REMS and includes a lower drawer containing assorted accessories. These items include metal pipe clamping inserts, a T-handle hex key, a red plastic tool, and a Pentel 100W white marker. The unit is equipped with a yellow 110V industrial power plug. Handwritten markings in white marker reading OMEGA-02 are present on the cabinet top.
Condition report:
The unit shows signs of moderate industrial use with surface scratches and marking across the aluminium machine bed (photo 2 and 3). There is visible surface oxidation and rust along the lower edges and base of the black metal cabinet (photo 1 and 7). General dust and residue from use are present on the machine components (photo 4). The electrical cable and plug show standard wear from site use.
