Description
This lot comprises a Foster FSL400L slimline upright commercial freezer unit. The appliance features a stainless steel exterior and interior construction with a single reach-in door and is mounted on four heavy-duty casters. An internal fan is situated at the top of the cabinet, and the interior is fitted with assorted wire shelves. An oval green and black adhesive badge on the door reads Foster Professional Refrigeration. A white adhesive manufacturer label on the interior side wall identifies the unit as a Foster Refrigerator (a division of ITW Ltd) of Oldmedow Road, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 4JU England, Made in the United Kingdom. The unit is equipped with a lower mechanical compartment (missing central grill cover,).
Condition report:
The unit is in heavily used condition and requires professional cleaning and sanitisation. Significant smudging, surface dirt, and adhesive tape residue are visible across the stainless steel exterior panels and door (photo 1). The cabinet interior floor exhibits heavy staining, debris, and signs of corrosion or organic buildup (photo 2 and 3). The door gasket is intact but heavily soiled (photo 2). The front panel of the lower mechanical compartment is missing its central grill cover, leaving the cooling coils and fins exposed (photo 1). These exposed coils show dust accumulation and minor fin deformation (photo 1 and 2). The power cord is present; however, the unit is sold as untested.
