Description
A Gentle Giant Ltd. limited edition commemorative statuette produced for The Star Wars Show. The piece features a stylised representation of the astromech droid C1-10P, also known as Chopper, configured as a film crew member with a boom microphone, camera, and film slate. The droid is positioned atop a base designed as a TIE fighter wing coffee table. This item was issued in a limited production run of 500 units. The lot includes the original pictorial outer box, internal polystyrene protective packaging, and a matching Certificate of Authenticity numbered 151/500. The statuette remains housed within the internal polystyrene packaging which is still sealed with factory tape. The box base is marked with item number 80911, barcode 814176029747, and manufacturer credits for Gentle Giant Studios, Inc., dated 2018.
Condition report:
The outer pictorial box shows significant wear, including crushing and creasing to the top corners and edges. There are visible repairs and reinforcements to the box lid and corners using clear adhesive tape. The internal polystyrene packaging remains factory sealed and intact. The Certificate of Authenticity is well-preserved within a protective plastic sleeve.
