Description
A Sideshow Collectibles sixth scale articulated action figure of the protocol droid C-3PO from the Star Wars franchise. The figure is of articulated plastic and composite construction with a polished metallic gold-coloured finish. The design features a silver-coloured lower right leg and a weathered appearance, with an exposed midsection displaying multi-coloured wiring detail. The figure is housed in its original black illustrated slipcover and internal presentation box with a clear plastic clamshell tray and a silica gel desiccant packet. Included is the original assembly instruction sheet, which identifies the item as the Exclusive Edition and details a swap-out damaged shoulder component. Printed information on the box reverse identifies the manufacturer as Sideshow Inc. of Thousand Oaks, California, with a copyright date of 2018. The box displays model number 2171 and barcode 7 47720 21460 6.
Condition report:
The figure is in excellent and complete condition. The metallic gold-coloured finish remains bright and free from pitting or oxidation. The original internal packaging is intact. The outer slipcover box shows minor shelf wear, characterised by slight scuffing and softening at the corners and top edges.
