Description
5 cartons containing an extensive collection of books, primarily focused on motorsport and military history. The motorsport selection features numerous annuals including Autocourse Indy Car and CART yearbooks, Motocourse (2002-2007), and several volumes of Automobile Year (nos 23, 24, 26, 28). Significant titles include Rainer W. Schlegelmilch, Portraits of the 60s Formula 1 in a large-format folio edition, still in original publisher’s shrink-wrap, alongside Australia’s Greatest Motor Race 1960-1989 and multiple volumes of The Great Race series. Biographical works cover figures such as Nigel Mansell, James Hunt, and Professor Sid Watkins. Military history is well-represented by a set of the Time-Life World War II series and the Official History of the War: Military Operations Gallipoli in two volumes with red publisher’s cloth.
