Description
A large and diverse collection of books and periodicals housed in 8 cartons, primarily focused on military history, political biography, automotive racing, and contemporary fiction. The collection includes several significant multi-volume sets and series. A substantial run of Time-Life Books World War II series is present, with titles including Blitzkrieg, The Rising Sun, The Battle of Britain, The Italian Campaign, and The Soviet Juggernaut. Also included is a multi-volume set of War in Peace published by Orbis (Volumes 1 through 10 visible) and a large binder set for The Falklands War published by Marshall Cavendish.
The automotive racing section features a run of Autocourse: The World’s Leading Grand Prix Annual spanning from the 1979-80 season through to 1992-93, alongside reference works such as the Grand Prix Data Book 1997 and biographies including Phil Hill: Yankee Champion, The Peter Brock Story, and Tiff Gear by Tiff Needell.

Condition report:
The collection is in fair to good overall condition. Visible shelf wear is present throughout, including bumping to corners and edges of boards and spines. Dust jackets show various degrees of wear, including minor creasing, sunning to spines, and occasional small tears or chips. Some paperback volumes exhibit typical spine creasing and edge wear consistent with age and previous use. Internal pages generally appear clean but have not been inspected individually for markings or foxing.
