Description
A Scalextric Sport limited edition 1:32 scale electric slot car, model C2521A, featuring the Lister Storm LMP900 with race number 20. The vehicle is constructed with a plastic body and rubber tyres, designed for use on a standard 1:32 scale slot car track. It features a detailed black livery with multi-coloured graphics and various sponsor markings including Prioncs in a blue diamond logo, Dunlop, NGK Spark Plugs, Scalextric, Mobil 1, Hella, and EDS. The car bears a Union Jack flag on the sides and a decal on the rear wheel arch reading www.lemans.org 24 HEURES DU MANS 2003. The item is housed in its original Sport range presentation box, consisting of a yellow plastic display base, a clear acrylic cover, and a themed cardboard outer sleeve. This lot is accompanied by the original limited edition certificate card, bearing the number 05149 of 10,000, and a sealed plastic bag containing spare guide braids and instructional leaflets located beneath the display base.
Condition report:
The slot car appears to be in near-mint, unused condition. The presentation packaging is complete; the clear acrylic cover is free from cracks and the cardboard outer sleeve shows only minor signs of shelf wear. The limited edition certificate and sealed spare parts are present and intact.
