Description
A collection of six 1/32 scale slot cars manufactured by Scalextric, each housed in its original clear plastic display case with a black and yellow branded cardboard base and sleeve. The group includes a red Ford GT40 MkII with white racing stripes and number 3 livery, a red Lotus Seven open-top roadster with a driver figure, two Renault Formula 1 cars in yellow and blue livery with sponsor decals for Elf and Michelin, and two Toyota Formula 1 cars in red and white Panasonic livery bearing the numbers 24 and 25. The vehicles are constructed with plastic bodies and feature internal electric motors and underside guide blades for use on compatible racing track systems. Each box base prominently displays the Scalextric brand logo in yellow letters with a stylized spark icon.
Condition report:
The slot cars appear to be in good, complete condition with all aerodynamic wings and fine detailing intact. The original packaging shows some light shelf wear and surface dust. There are several fluorescent orange retailer price stickers present on the front of the display cases.
