Description
A pair of Scalextric Sport limited edition 1:32 scale slot cars representing the Williams BMW FW23 Formula 1 team from the 2001 season. The lot includes two models constructed with plastic bodies and internal metal and plastic components. Both vehicles are finished in the team white and blue livery with sponsor decals including Compaq, Allianz, Castrol, and Michelin.
The first model is reference C2335, car number 6, as driven by Ralf Schumacher, indicated by the red driver’s helmet. The outer box bears a white adhesive label printed with C2335, BMW Williams F1, FW23 No6, and barcode 5010963523350. A yellow limited edition sticker identifies this as number 4627 of 5000.
The second model is reference C2334, car number 5, as driven by Juan Pablo Montoya, indicated by the yellow driver’s helmet. The outer box bears a white adhesive label printed with C2334, BMW Williams F1, FW23 No5, and barcode 5010963523343. A yellow limited edition sticker identifies this as number 4486 of 5000.
Each car is housed in its original Scalextric Sport premium presentation packaging, consisting of a dark blue hinged outer box, a bright yellow display base, and a clear plastic dust cover. Both examples include their original yellow outer card sleeves featuring the Williams F1 Team and Scalextric Sport branding.
