Description
An Archway Sheet Metal Works Ltd. vertical gas rotisserie grill, model 4B STDAR1 / NG, designed for commercial use in preparing doner kebabs or shawarma. The unit is constructed from stainless steel and features four independent ceramic infrared burners with protective mesh screens, each operated by a dedicated side-mounted control knob. The equipment is configured for natural gas (G20) and includes a central vertical spit assembly with a bottom support plate and two hinged adjustable side heat shields. The lower base section features a pull-out grease collection drawer, an indicator light, and two toggle switches for power and motor control. The appliance is fitted with a yellow flexible gas connection hose and requires a 230V electrical supply to operate the internal rotation motor. Condition report:
The appliance is in used commercial condition with visible grease deposits, surface staining, and minor oxidation consistent with use in a professional kitchen environment. The exterior stainless steel casing shows scuffs, scratches, and adhesive residue from previously attached labels. The unit appears complete with all primary controls and connection hoses attached, however, no functional testing has been performed.
