Store collection days time: Mon-Fri 08.30-18.00, Thurs 08.30-20.00, Sat 09.00-16.00, Sun 10.00-16.00

Acceptance of all final highest bids is subject to approval by our client and Rosan Reeves Auctions reserves the right to reject any bids which they feel does not reflect reasonable value. The seller reserves the right to end the auction at any time. For example, if the storage unit customer makes payment to the seller before the end date the auction will be removed and ended.

Successful bidders will be notified by email. 

There is no option to view the unit before the auction.

From the time you have been notified that you are the winning bidder you will have 72 hours to clear the entire contents of the storage unit and leave the facility, failure to do this and the unit will be overlocked, and you will be in breach of contract and lose the right to your deposit and remaining items within the storage facility.  

A cleaning deposit of £150 will need to paid separately by bank transfer as soon as payment has been made online and an email will be sent, no access to the storage facility is granted until this has been paid. As soon as everything is cleared within the unit you will receive a full refund of the deposit, by bank transfer.

Failure to make payment after the auction, you will be permanently blocked from using our systems, further action being taken against you and the goods/ lot will be offered to the underbidder.

Items are sold as a “whole” and all the contents must be fully emptied including rubbish / waste.

Only the winning bidder can collect, and photo identification must be shown to store staff before collecting.

Before placing your bid or maximum bid, the system will give you the full price including buyer’s premium, and vat if applicable.  

It is the buyers responsibility to hand any personal documentation including identification documents, photos, statements, legal documentation

 It is the buyer’s responsibility to report any illegal substances, firearms/ ammunition counterfeit goods to the seller and Police/ Trading Standards.   

Auction Soft Close: In the event of a bid being received within 2 minutes of the scheduled closing time, the bidding period on that lot will automatically add 2 minutes and will continue to extend with any bid received when there is below 2 minutes remaining. (IMPORTANT: When bidding, ensure to ‘REFRESH’ your screen so you are aware of current bids).

Overseas Bidders should contact the office prior to bidding.

Clearance of all lots must be undertaken in accordance with Health & Safety at Work Regulations and, where necessary, Construction Design and Management Regulations 1994. You may be required to provide a Work Method Statement and Risk Assessment approved by Rosan Reeves Auctions, prior to removal of any lots. Rosan Reeves Auctions reserve the right to stop clearance if in their opinion, they believe it is being carried out in an unsafe manner or without the Method Statement and Risk Assessment Risk: The bidder/buyer is at risk once the buyer is notified of his successful purchases and is strongly advised to effect insurance at once, irrespective of whether title has passed.

All electrical items are sold as “Electrical Scrap” and should be “PAT” tested prior to use. No warranty or guarantee is given with any Lot regarding condition of quality/ functionality all electrical appliances are “sold as seen” the auctioneers cannot make any guarantees as to the condition or the safety of any lots wired for electricity. It is recommended that buyers have these items examined by a qualified electrical contractor before use.

Rosan Reeves Auctions offers online bidding services as a convenience to its clients, but neither Rosan Reeves Auctions nor the seller will be responsible to you for errors during or after the sale or failures to execute bids, either live bids or absentee bids placed on the internet or on your mobile device, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by:

(i) any loss of connection to the auction being conducted online;

(ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software or the website service provider; and/or

(iii) a breakdown or problems with any internet connection, computer, mobile device, or system.

Access for bidding can be obtained through our website www.rosanreevesauctions.co.uk. or any hosting portal being used. Full details including valid email address must be provided to receive approval for bidding, in some cases we will require a refundable holding deposit, details will be listed prior to auction.

All lots are sold without warranty or guarantee and are "SOLD AS SEEN", NO REFUNDS are given.

The Seller does not make and does not agree to make any contractual promise, undertaking, obligation, guarantee, warranty, or representation of fact in relation to the satisfactory quality of the Lot or its fitness for any purpose.

The Seller will not be liable for any breach of any undertaking, whether implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or otherwise, as to the satisfactory quality of the Lot or its fitness for any purpose. The Consumer Protection Act 1987: No lots are sold as new
