From the time you have been notified that you are the winning bidder you will have 72 hours to clear the entire contents of the storage unit and leave the facility, failure to do this and the unit will be overlocked, and you will be in breach of contract and lose the right to your deposit and remaining items within the storage facility. A cleaning deposit of £150 will need to paid separately by bank transfer as soon as payment has been made online and an email will be sent, no access to the storage facility is granted until this has been paid. As soon as everything is cleared within the unit you will receive a full refund of the deposit, by bank transfer. Failure to make payment after the auction, you will be permanently blocked from using our systems, further action being taken against you and the goods/ lot will be offered to the underbidder. Items are sold as a “whole” and all the contents must be fully emptied including rubbish / waste.
