Description
A portable thickness planer constructed from cast aluminium, steel, and plastic housing components. The motor housing features a printed manufacturer’s label reading 304mm, Makita 2012NB, 230V~ 7.6A 50Hz 1650W, n₀ 8500min⁻¹ 2021-6 236337 K. The label further identifies the unit as made in China for Makita (UK) Ltd, MK15 8JD and Makita, Jan-Baptist Vinkstraat 2, 3070, Belgium. A technical diagram on the front panel indicates maximum cutting depths for varied widths: 3.0mm for under 150mm, 1.5mm for 150-240mm, and 1.0mm for over 240mm. The front controls consist of a rocker power switch labeled ON (1) and OFF (0) under a clear protective cover.
