Description
This lot comprises a Meaco DD8L Pro desiccant dehumidifier finished in a white and dark grey plastic casing. The unit features a digital control panel with touch-sensitive buttons for power, humidity control, laundry mode, timer functions, and an ionizer. A top-mounted adjustable louvre allows for directional airflow control. The rear of the unit includes an integrated carry handle and a silver manufacturer’s identification label.
The silver label on the rear is printed with “DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFIER”, “Model DD8L Pro”, and technical specifications including a “Rated Voltage 220-240V~ 50Hz”, “Moisture Removal Capacity 8L/D (20°C RH60%)”, and “Rated Power 635W”. The unit is marked with “Unit Protection IP20” and “Weight 8.7kgs”. It bears the serial number “JY2511000080930162” and is identified as being imported and distributed by “Meaco (U.K.) Limited” of Guildford, UK, and “Made in P.R.C.”. The control panel displays an illuminated warning message reading “CONNECT CABLE TIDY”. A white power cable is present.
Condition report:
The unit shows signs of previous use consistent with a pre-owned appliance. There is a prominent horizontal grey scuff mark across the centre of the front white casing (photo 1) and several smaller marks and adhesive residue on the lower right-hand side (photo 1). The dark grey plastic top surfaces exhibit light surface scratching and a layer of dust (photo 2). The digital display is operational and shows a \"CONNECT CABLE TIDY\" warning (photo 2). The rear casing shows minor surface marks and general dust accumulation around the vents (photo 3). The cable tidy component at the rear is missing to clear the display error (photo 4). The unit has not been tested for full dehumidification functionality.
