Description
A pair of floor lamps featuring a polished brass finish. Each lamp is constructed with a circular weighted base supporting a telescopic central pole, topped with a rectangular cowl-style shade. The shades are mounted on swivel joints to allow for directional adjustment. The lamps are fitted with brown electrical cords; one cord terminates in a white UK 3-pin plug (BS 1363), and the other appears to be joined to the same power source or a similar white 3-pin plug. No manufacturer labels or maker’s marks are visible on the base or body of the items.

Condition report:
The polished brass finish exhibits signs of age and wear across both lamps. Light surface scratching, pitting, and areas of tarnish are visible, particularly on the rectangular shades (photo 2) and the circular bases (photo 1). The telescopic joints are functional but may require tightening to maintain full extension. The electrical wiring appears intact but is tangled at the base and shows signs of age; as with all electrical auction lots, these items should be tested by a qualified professional before use.
