Description
A set of four modern dining chairs, a boucle upholstered accent bench and a large shag pile area rug. The dining chairs feature curved, one-piece seat and backrests upholstered in faux-suede fabric with quilted grid stitching, supported by tapered black metal legs. The hall or end-of-bed bench is fully upholstered in white boucle-style textured fabric, designed with integrated solid ends and a rectangular seat. The lot is completed by a large rectangular area rug constructed from synthetic long-pile fibres in a taupe colour.

Condition report:
The upholstered bench shows light surface soiling to the white fabric consistent with display or light use (photo 6). One dining chair has a large, dark circular mark or stain located in the centre of the seat (photo 5). A second dining chair exhibits a small orange-brown mark on the upper seat area (photo 2). The remaining chairs show general surface wear and light marking throughout the upholstery. The area rug appears used with some visible flattening of the pile where furniture has been positioned (photo 1).
