Description
A Casio MTD-1082 stainless steel quartz wristwatch featuring a sunray blue dial with a day and date aperture at the 3 o’clock position. The dial is set with luminous indices, Arabic numerals at the 12, 6, and 9 positions, and an orange-tipped central second hand. The watch is fitted with a stainless steel link bracelet and a folding clasp. The fixed stainless steel bezel is detailed with blue Arabic numerals and indices. The screw-down case back is struck with the following text: CASIO, 5373, MTD-1082, STAINLESS STEEL, WATER RESISTANT, 10 BAR, JAPAN MOV’T, and CASED IN CHINA DY. The watch is presented in a black carbon-fiber pattern box bearing the CASIO logo. The box retains a retailer price label from TJX Europe, Watford, WD17 1TX, UK, printed with the following data: 76 40 71 085804 2 01, RRP £100.00, and OUR PRICE £59.99.
Condition report:
The watch shows evidence of regular wear with visible surface scratches and scuffing across the stainless steel case, bezel, and bracelet links (photo 1 and 2). There are light surface marks present on the crystal. The day/date wheel is currently aligned to LUN 14 (photo 2). The movement is currently not running and may require a new battery; the Illuminator light function and overall mechanical status are unverified.
