Lot 147:
Description
A large contemporary L-shaped corner sectional sofa upholstered in a light cream or off-white plush fabric with piped edges. The unit features a low-profile, block-style frame with broad, square-edged arms, configured as a three-seat section with a right-hand facing chaise end. The construction comprises deep-filled seat cushions and loose, oversized back cushions, supplemented by a smaller scatter-style bolster cushion. The sofa is built in two sections that join together to form the corner configuration.
Approx. 280 x 170cm.
Condition report:
The upholstery exhibits extensive staining and general soiling across most surfaces, particularly prominent on the seat cushions, back cushions, and the front face of the base (photos 1, 2, 4). The fabric pile appears matted and disturbed in several areas, likely from use or cleaning attempts (photo 3, 6). A concentrated dark mark is visible on the top edge of one back cushion (photo 5). The cushions show signs of compression and loss of original loft.
