Description
This lot comprises an assortment of assorted luggage pieces, including both hardshell and soft-sided examples. The collection includes a yellow four-wheeled hardshell suitcase with vertical ribbing, featuring a small rectangular metal badge on the front with a stylized airplane symbol and the text FRANCE BAG. Also included is a red four-wheeled hardshell suitcase featuring vertical recessed channels and reinforced black corner guards, with a rectangular badge on the front depicting a mountain silhouette and the text TRAVEL EXPEDITION. A light blue hardshell suitcase is present, decorated with a repeating pattern of the characters Stitch and Angel, featuring the printed text © Disney above the word STITCH in a white block font. The assortment is completed by a red two-wheeled soft-sided textile suitcase featuring a vertical tan-coloured racing stripe down the centre and a tan patch bearing a small square logo, which is not legible as a name.
Condition report:
The yellow France Bag suitcase shows significant cosmetic alteration with green spray paint applied in a wave-like shape and circular spots to the front panel, alongside visible scuffing and dark marks across the surface (photo 2). The red Travel Expedition suitcase exhibits multiple white surface scratches and general signs of wear consistent with transit (photo 3). The Disney Stitch suitcase has sustained significant impact damage or heavy scuffing, appearing as a large dark circular mark on the left side of the front panel, with further abrasions across the printed surface (photo 4). The red soft-sided suitcase shows general wear and light staining to the textile, particularly on the tan panel, and the zipper pulls for the front pocket have frayed fabric tabs (photo 5).
