Description
A Falcon Dominator commercial six burner gas range with double door oven, configured for natural gas. The unit features a stainless steel exterior with a cast iron cooktop consisting of six burners and three removable pan supports. A rectangular mark on the rear backsplash is embossed with the characters DOMINATOR. The lower left front panel features the embossed name Falcon and the lower right front panel bears a square red adhesive label with a white bird graphic and the name Falcon. A manufacturer data plate at the rear is printed with the following information: STD EN203 12-99, MODEL G2101 OT, TYPE A, SERIAL No. F433543, GAS TYPE I2H Nat, SUPPLY PRESS 20 mbar, COUNTRY GB. IE, P.I.N 087 AQ 251, CAT. II2H3P. Heat input is specified as 6 x 5.3 kW for the burners and 7.1 kW for the oven, with a total gas rate of 4.1 m3/h. The unit is fitted with four heavy-duty casters and includes a yellow flexible gas hose with a regulator, bearing an adhesive label reading CATERQUIP BS669 PART 2: 1997. A copper-coloured safety label is affixed to the rear stating DOMESTIC TYPE FLEXIBLE RUBBER TUBE CONNECTIONS MUST NOT BE USED WITH THIS APPLIANCE.
