Lot 112:
Description
A contemporary seven drawer tallboy chest of drawers featuring a high-gloss black finish. The chest is constructed with seven graduated drawers, each fitted with a polished chrome-effect horizontal bar handle. The drawer interiors are finished in a light-toned wood-effect laminate, and the top surface includes a glass top. The drawers are constructed using machine-cut joinery.
Condition report:
The exterior high-gloss finish shows surface scuffs and light scratches consistent with use, particularly visible on the drawer fronts (photo 1). The top surface displays minor surface wear and dust (photo 2). There are visible nicks and chips along the edges of several drawer fronts (photo 1). A repair is present on the interior of one drawer (photo 3). The chrome-effect handles show light surface marks, and the glass top is loose (photo 2).
