Description
This lot comprises two Apple Macintosh portable computers. The first is a MacBook Pro with a 15.4-inch Retina display, identified by the bottom casing marks as Model A1398, EMC 2909. The aluminum casing is marked with the serial number C02QXCDUG8WN and indicates a rating of 20V 4.25A max. The unit features a chiclet-style keyboard and a large multi-touch trackpad. The second item is a vintage Macintosh PowerBook 1400c/166 (scratches to screen) from the PowerBook 1400 Series, Family Number M3571. It features a PowerPC 603e processor running at 166 MHz and an 11.3-inch active-matrix colour LCD. The dark gray plastic base is marked Assembled in Taiwan and carries the copyright date 1997 Apple Computer, Inc., with a rated input of 24V 1.9A Max. A partially faded serial label is present on the underside. Neither unit contains internal storage, and both are fitted with adhesive labels reading NO HDD. Accessories include a MagSafe 2 power adapter for the MacBook Pro and a Macintosh PowerBook 45W AC Adapter, Model No: M4896, rated for 24V 1.875A output.
