Lot 67:
Description
A pair of Jellycat plush soft dogs. The lot comprises a seated lop-eared dog and a standing wire-haired terrier. The seated dog is constructed from beige shaggy synthetic pile with black bead eyes and a grey fabric nose. Attached to the rear is a woven white cloth label featuring a gold embroidered cat face icon above the text “JELLYCAT LONDON” and a circled “R” symbol. The standing terrier, identified by manufacturer records as the Hector Fox Terrier model, features a white body with brown ears and face patches, and a black patch to the rear. It has a long-pile white beard around the muzzle and a black fabric nose. This item bears a white cloth tag with a printed logo depicting a black and white cat face wearing an orange jelly mould, above stylized blue text reading “JELLYCAT London” with a circled “R” symbol. Both items are stuffed with synthetic fibre and include internal beads for weighting.
Condition report:
Both items are in good condition with no visible stains, tears, or repairs. The beige sitting dog shows light signs of handling to the pile (photo 1). The white pile on the standing terrier remains bright and clean (photo 1). The sewn-in labels are present and legible on both pieces (photos 2 and 3).
