Description
This lot comprises two Turkish prayer rugs and a red velvet upholstered boudoir chair. The first rug features a green ground with an all-over floral vine and leaf pattern within a traditional mihrab prayer arch design, framed by a black and cream striped border. The second rug has a cream ground decorated with a central floral bouquet in a vase, surrounded by a floral border in shades of pink, blue, and red. Both rugs are finished with fringe. The underside of the cream rug bears a woven label featuring a stylized eye logo containing the letter G above the woven text MADE IN TURKEY. The upholstered chair is finished in red velvet with a circular seat, a low-profile curved backrest, and a base decorated with a cream-coloured braided trim and a deep bullion fringe.

Condition report:
The green prayer rug shows light surface dust but no significant staining or fraying (photo 3). The cream prayer rug appears in similar good condition (photo 3). The red velvet upholstery on the chair shows visible signs of wear, including dark spots and stains on both the seat and the backrest (photo 2). The bullion fringe at the base of the chair is tangled with several loose threads visible (photo 2).
