Description
This lot comprises two grey-finished steel household stepladders of differing heights. Both units are constructed from tubular steel frames featuring wide, anti-slip ribbed treads and high safety handrails. The larger unit is a 7-tread model retaining a plastic and cardboard product insert printed with “AbbeyLadders” and “STEEL HOUSEHOLD LADDER”. This insert features a technical table with a black checkmark next to “STD 125 7”. The smaller unit is a 3-tread model bearing a vertical yellow and black adhesive label on the side rail reading “DR A BEST UK”. Below this, a white section of the label reads “DRABEST UK LIMITED”, “Unit 10, Wulfrun Trading Estate, Stafford Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6HH”, and “www.drabestuk.com”. A table on this label has a black mark next to the number “3”, corresponding to specifications A: 570, B: 645, and C: 400. The label also includes a date grid with marks in the “10” and “2020” sections. The larger ladder is fitted with black support straps between the front and rear legs.
Condition report:
Both items are in good used condition with minor scuffs and surface marks consistent with light domestic use. The larger ladder retains its original cardboard and plastic packaging insert, though the plastic is torn (photo 1). The smaller ladder shows adhesive residue and light wear to the identification label (photo 3). No structural defects or missing components are visible.
