A collection of assorted household goods and maintenance supplies contained in four crates and one carton. The lot includes a Bosch PSB 1800 LI-2 cordless hammer drill housed in a green plastic case with two 18V 2.0Ah batteries, a charger, and a printed manual. Also present is a Black & Decker 400W Scorpion powered hand saw in its original retail box.

The assortment features home security and hardware, including two Yale 2 Lever Sashlock units for internal wooden doors and a Yale Tubular Latch. Lighting components include three B&Q Virgo chrome-plated single wall lights with white glass shades and a Compton Lamps PAR38 80W Clear Flood bulb. Decorating supplies comprise several Harris paint trays, Turner & Gray 9 inch roller sleeves in 3-packs, a tin of Ronseal 5 Year Woodstain in Walnut, a tub of Ronseal Multi-Purpose Wood Filler in Natural, and a bottle of Tesco Home White Spirit. Condition report:

The lot consists of a mix of new retail-packaged items and used equipment. The aluminium step ladder shows heavy white paint splatter on the top platform and steps (photo 1, 9). The Black & Decker Scorpion saw box is crushed and torn at the corners (photo 5). Several retail blister packs, including the Yale locks and Turner & Gray rollers, show shelf wear and creasing (photo 2, 4). The copper piping has remnants of adhesive tape (photo 9). The wooden-handled floor scraper and outdoor broom show signs of light use to the heads (photo 10).
