Description
A large-format rigid lift-top box containing a collection of assorted media and printed materials celebrating the 50th anniversary of the album Stage Fright by The Band. The set comprises one 180-gram vinyl LP featuring the unreleased original sequence, two CDs, one Blu-ray audio disc, and one 7 inch vinyl single. The 7 inch single is a replica of a Spanish pressing for Time To Kill b/w The Shape I’m In. The first CD contains the 2020 remix and remaster of the album with bonus tracks and Calgary hotel room recordings from 1970, while the second CD features a 1971 performance at the Royal Albert Hall. The Blu-ray provides high-resolution stereo and 5.1 surround sound mixes at 96 kHz/24 bit.
The reverse of the box features a printed barcode with the numbers 6 02507 35243 1 and fine print including Capitol, UMe, and Universal International Music B.V. ‘S-Gravelandseweg 80, 1217 EW Hilversum, Netherlands. A yellow adhesive hype sticker is applied to the front shrink-wrap bearing the catalogue number 00602507352431 and stating the set includes a booklet with new liner notes by Robbie Robertson and collectable lithographs. The packaging indicates the set was Made in Germany.
