Description
A 6-LP vinyl box set featuring Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention, titled Live in Europe 1967 to 1970. The set is released by Rox Vox and comprises five live performances captured from television and radio broadcasts across Europe between 1967 and 1970. A red, white and black adhesive hype sticker on the front identifies the set as containing 180g orange coloured vinyl, printed inner sleeves, a 12-page full-colour booklet, liner notes, and archival imagery, all housed in a slimline box.
The back cover features a detailed track list and recording information for each disc: Disc 1 from Konserthuset, Stockholm (1967); Discs 2 & 3 from Concertgebouw, Amsterdam (1968); Disc 4 from BBC Studios, London (1968); Disc 5 from Theatre De L’Olympia, Paris (1968); and Disc 6 from the Piknik Show, Uddel (1970). The lower-left corner of the back cover bears a white printed box with the hand-written number 709, indicating its place in a limited edition sequence.
