Lot 31:
Description
A pair of narrow four-drawer chests or storage units, constructed from softwoods with a heavily distressed white-painted finish. The pieces feature an open-frame side construction with horizontal slats, supporting four simple box-construction drawers. Each drawer front is decorated with applied 3D wooden script lettering that serves as the pull. The top surfaces are finished with a natural wood grain and a light wash.

Condition report:
The items feature an intentional distressed finish including paint loss and exposed wood grain. Visible scuffing is present to the feet and lower edges of the frames (photo 1). The drawer alignments appear slightly irregular, consistent with the construction style (photo 2).
