Lot 149:
Description
3 cartons containing assorted clothing and footwear. This lot includes children’s footwear in a range of styles including high-top and low-top trainers, slip-on shoes, and foam clogs. Notable items include white low-top trainers with a green crocodile logo and the word LACOSTE embossed on the midsole, and multiple pairs of trainers featuring the adidas wordmark and three-stripe motif. Also present are high-top trainers with the words AIR JORDAN printed on a heel strap, and black trainers with a red heel counter and clear air unit. The lot further contains a pair of light pink foam clogs with the word crocs embossed on the strap and striped midsoles. A cream-coloured textile item is included, featuring a brown faux-fur collar and a neck label reading RIVER ISLAND 7/8yrs.
Condition report:
The collection is in a well-worn, as-found condition. Several pairs of black trainers exhibit significant mud and soil accumulation on the uppers and midsoles (photo 2). The white and pink trainers show visible surface dirt, grey scuffing, and creasing to the toe boxes (photo 3). The pink foam clogs display scuffing and darkening to the soles and interior from regular use (photo 4). The faux-fur garment appears in good order but shows light signs of handling (photo 4).
