Description
This lot comprises a single 75cl bottle of non-vintage Lanson Le Rosé Champagne and its original cardboard presentation box. The bottle is constructed of dark green glass and is sealed with a textured pink foil capsule. This capsule is printed in black with the text ‘LANSON’ and ‘FONDÉE EN 1760 À REIMS’, positioned adjacent to a red Maltese cross. The main pink adhesive label on the bottle body features a red Maltese cross above the word ‘CHAMPAGNE’, followed by the producer name ‘Lanson’ in large black script, the year ‘1760’, and the product name ‘LE ROSÉ’. A printed royal coat of arms is located on the right side of the label with text reading ‘BY APPOINTMENT TO HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II PURVEYORS OF CHAMPAGNE LANSON PÈRE ET FILS REIMS’. The pink card presentation box features a large, stylised letter ‘L’ in dark metallic red and repeats the branding and Royal Warrant crest found on the bottle labels.
Condition report:
The bottle and foil seal appear to be in excellent, unopened condition (photo 1). The capsule is intact with no visible tears or punctures. All labels are clean and free of staining or lifting. The liquid fill level is at the base of the foil capsule. The presentation box is in very good condition with minor evidence of shelf wear at the corners.
