Description
This lot comprises a bottle of Tomatin 12 Year Old Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky and a matching cardboard presentation tube. The glass bottle features a black and gold printed main label reading TOMATIN, SINGLE HIGHLAND MALT SCOTCH WHISKY, and AGED 12 YEARS. The label also states the distillery was ESTABLISHED 1897 and was DISTILLED & BOTTLED IN SCOTLAND BY THE TOMATIN DISTILLERY COMPANY LTD. The liquid volume is marked as 70cl e and the alcohol content is 40% vol. The label is decorated with a crest featuring two lions and a shield, and a lower crest featuring a boar’s head. The black neck wrap is printed with Distilled with pride and a boar’s head motif. The presentation tube features a large central graphic of a boar’s head inside a circular frame topped with a crown, and carries matching text to the bottle label. The fill level is into the neck.
Condition report:
The bottle is in good condition with no visible faults to the glass. The main label is clean and well-adhered, and the neck seal remains intact. The fill level is high, into the neck. The presentation tube shows signs of wear including a vertical crease and surface crack in the black paper wrap near the top rim, with minor scuffing and edge wear visible along the base and top edges.
