Description
This lot comprises an aviator style swivel egg chair. The piece is constructed with a curved outer shell composed of hand-beaten, polished aluminium panels joined by exposed steel rivets. The interior is upholstered in a multi-panel Union Jack flag motif executed in red, silver-white, and navy blue crushed velvet, including a matching removable seat cushion. The chair is mounted on a four-pronged star swivel base in polished metal, featuring a side-mounted adjustment lever.
