Description
A collection of assorted red wines. This lot comprises one 75cl bottle of Azienda Agricola Sordo Giovanni Barolo 1998, Piedmont, Italy, which carries a pink neck band numbered AAH 01731130 and has the word ALBEISA embossed on the shoulder. Also included is one 75cl bottle of Clos de l’Oratoire des Papes Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2001, France, bearing a label with red and teal decoration and an embossed papal crest on the shoulder with the text Châteauneuf-du-Pape Contrôlée. The third bottle is a 75cl bottle of Bodegas Faustino I Rioja Gran Reserva 1995, Spain, featuring a frosted glass finish with a gold wire mesh and a neck label indicating the vintage and the bottle number 222114.
Condition report:
The Sordo Barolo 1998 shows a fill level at the base of the neck with minor surface scuffs to the lower half of the main label (photo 1). The Clos de l\'Oratoire des Papes 2001 shows a fill level into the neck with no visible faults to the label or capsule (photo 2). The Faustino I 1995 shows a high neck fill level with the wire mesh and all labels intact (photo 1). The capsules on all three bottles appear to be in good condition with no visible signs of seepage or leakage.
