Description
This lot comprises a Lowepro SlingShot 200 AW backpack containing a Nikon D200 digital SLR camera body and assorted photographic equipment. The camera body features a magnesium alloy chassis with textured grips and bears serial number 8027170 on the base, marked as made in Thailand. It is fitted with a Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm 1:1.4G prime lens featuring a Silent Wave Motor (SWM) and a 58mm filter thread, marked as made in China. The lens is fitted with a B+W 58ES 010 1x filter.
Included accessories consist of a Nikon MH-18a quick charger with a UK mains lead, an EN-EL3e rechargeable battery, and a JJC MR Series wired remote shutter release. A wireless shutter release set is present, comprising an SM RFN-3-TX transmitter and a corresponding RFN-3-RX receiver. The lot further includes a Nikon SS-800 soft pouch, a Nikon branded neck strap, and assorted lens and body caps. The backpack is a black and grey sling-style bag with the Lowepro logo positioned to the top.
Condition report:
The camera body and lens appear in good cosmetic condition with light signs of use. The camera grips show minor surface wear and characteristic white blooming residue (photo 2 and 4). The rear LCD screen is protected by a Nikon BM-6 plastic cover (photo 4). The lens front element appears clear behind the filter, which shows minor external smudging (photo 2). The Lowepro backpack shows typical light wear to the exterior fabric (photo 1). All electronic functions and the shutter mechanism remain untested.
