Description
This lot comprises a road bicycle featuring a TIG-welded brushed titanium frame. The top tube is marked with the stylized lowercase word omega on both sides. The frame is fitted with a Look HSC 5SL Full Carbon fork and an omega branded headset. The bicycle is equipped with a mixed drivetrain including Shimano Ultegra Flight Deck shifters, a Shimano Ultegra crankset, and Shimano Dura-Ace front and rear derailleurs. The braking system consists of Ambrosio calipers. The cockpit includes a Zipp stem marked 31.8 and 110L with Zipp handlebars. The wheelset comprises Mavic Ksyrium SL rims with SSC and ISM Patented markings, fitted with Bontrager Race Lite B 700×23 tyres. The tyre sidewall is further marked 23-622 (700x23C) C-1389APP-2 MADE IN CHINA. Time pedals are fitted to the crankset. A black seat bag and a cable lock are also included.
Condition report:
The bicycle exhibits signs of use throughout. Surface scuffing and rubbing marks are present on the titanium frame finish (photo 1). The top tube graphics show significant wear and partial removal (photo 2). The Shimano Ultegra shifters show heavy scuffing on the plastic hoods and metal levers (photo 5). Handlebar tape is worn and frayed at the ends (photo 4). Surface oxidation is visible on several steel bolts, including the brake calipers and cable pinch bolts (photo 8). The chain, cassette, and chainrings show a buildup of road grime and lubricant (photo 7). The tyres show significant wear to the tread (photo 9). Braking surfaces on the rims show typical wear (photo 9).
