A collection of assorted 12-inch vinyl LPs and singles and 7-inch vinyl singles housed in a single carton. The lot is primarily focused on pop, rock, new wave, and electronic music from the late 1970s to the early 1990s.
The rock and pop selection features a group of early U2 studio albums on the Island Records label, including Boy, October, War, and The Unforgettable Fire, alongside the live mini-LP Under a Blood Red Sky and the Wide Awake in America EP. Other artists include Eric Clapton (The Cream of Eric Clapton), Steve Winwood (Chronicles), Alison Moyet (Alf), Level 42 (Guaranteed LP and It’s Over 12-inch single), and the original motion picture soundtrack for The Who film Quadrophenia.
Dance and soul titles include Lil Louis (French Kiss, ffrr label, FX 115), Krush (House Arrest), Rick Astley (Never Gonna Give You Up 12-inch single), Alexander O’Neal (Criticize 12-inch mix), and Billy Ocean (Suddenly). Electronic 7-inch singles feature LFO, Snap!, and Black Box. Also included is a 7-inch picture disc for The Jets (Curiosity, MCAP 1119).
