Description
An Invacare Action 4 NG manual folding wheelchair accompanied by a QStraint QRT Deluxe wheelchair and occupant restraint system. The wheelchair features a black powder-coated frame with black nylon upholstery and silver-tone wheels with grey tyres. It is configured with adjustable armrests, a padded elevating leg rest to the right side, a standard swing-away footrest to the left, and integrated rear anti-tip wheels. The backrest is marked with a blue oval Invacare logo and the frame bears a sticker for the Action 4 NG model. The lot includes an open cardboard box containing approximately four silver-tone QStraint QRT Deluxe retractor units with black hooks and original instructional documentation. The documentation includes the QRT Deluxe Systems manual and a red warning label.
Condition report:
Used. The wheelchair and restraints appear to be in good functional condition. Upholstery is clean and intact. The tyres and frame show typical signs of light use. The retractor units and documentation appear to be well-maintained within the original packaging.
