Description
This lot comprises a Bose Acoustimass 15 home theatre speaker system. The system includes a powered Acoustimass subwoofer module in a black finish featuring a front-facing port. The side of the module is marked BOSE ACOUSTIMASS SYSTEM. An adhesive label on the base identifies the item as an ACOUSTIMASS 15 HOME THEATER SPEAKER SYSTEM with serial number 021370321000062AC. The label also carries a copyright date of 1998 for the Bose Corporation and is marked MADE IN IRELAND. A group of assorted dual-cube satellite speakers is included, with each unit consisting of two rotatable cubes featuring black cloth grilles and a printed BOSE logo. A circular grey felt pad is adhered to the manufacturer label on the base of the subwoofer, and certain technical specifications beneath it are not legible. The subwoofer has an integrated power cable. No additional interconnecting cables, wiring harnesses, or mounting hardware are present.
Condition report:
The system shows a moderate accumulation of surface dust across the subwoofer casing and the speaker grilles (photo 1). Light scuffing and surface marks are visible on the black finish of the subwoofer module (photo 1). A felt pad has been adhered to the base of the subwoofer, partially covering the product information label (photo 2). The black cloth grilles on the satellite speakers appear to be in good order with no visible tears or snags (photo 1). The system is sold as untested.
