Description
A Sideshow Collectibles R2-D2 Deluxe Sixth Scale Figure, model number 2172. The figure is constructed primarily from plastic and features multiple points of articulation, including articulated legs with a retractable third leg and a rotating dome. The dome incorporates electronic light functions. The body features multiple opening panels designed to house various retractable tools and probes. The figure is accompanied by a comprehensive set of accessories, including a circular beverage tray with seven individual glasses as seen in Return of the Jedi, Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber hilt, two magnetic grasping claws, and multiple interchangeable utility arms. The item is presented in its original black pictorial box with a separate outer slipcover and internal molded plastic protective tray. Printed markings on the reverse of the box identify the manufacturer as Sideshow Inc., Thousand Oaks, California, with a copyright date of 2018.
Condition report:
The figure and all associated accessories appear to be in excellent, as-new condition, remaining within their original protective packaging. The box and slipcover are in very good condition with minimal signs of shelf wear and sharp corners. Electronic light functions have not been tested.
