Description
A large circular novelty riot shield featuring the iconic pop-culture smiley face motif on a bright yellow ground. The front presents a domed form with black graphics depicting two oval eyes and a curved mouth with arrow-tipped ends. The reverse side features a black rectangular mounting plate with an integrated horizontal aluminium handle, a circular metal ring, and two rows of black webbing loops secured by metal rivets. A manufacturer label is affixed to the mounting plate, bearing the text Levette Design, flanked by two small smiley face stickers. The item is constructed from a moulded composite material. A length of green plastic-coated wire has been added to the rear assembly for hanging purposes.
Condition report:
Fair. The yellow face shows extensive surface wear with numerous scuffs, scratches, and dark rub marks across the surface. Light oxidation is visible on the metal rivets and the aluminium handle. The reverse mounting assembly is intact but exhibits signs of age and handling.
