Description
An Ercol Windsor model 468 sideboard designed by Lucian Ercolani. Constructed from solid blonde elm and beech, the rectangular carcass features signature exposed dovetail joints at the top corners. The storage configuration consists of a three-door cupboard section positioned above two wide drawers. The right-hand cupboard compartment contains a fitted, sliding internal cutlery drawer. All doors and drawers are fitted with recessed oval pebble handles. The piece is mounted on four original-style ball castors for ease of movement. A blue metallic maker’s label is affixed to the interior of the door, featuring a lion logo and the text MADE IN ERCOL ENGLAND, positioned next to a green Reg. stamp.

Condition report:
The item is in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. The top surface shows several visible scratches, small indentations, and areas of finish wear and fading. There is a prominent vertical scratch mark on the upper right corner of the rightmost cupboard door. Minor scuffs and small knocks are present around the base and lower edges. The interior appears clean with the internal drawer functioning correctly.
