Description
A pair of factory-sealed board games produced by Winning Moves under licence from Hasbro and Games Workshop, themed around the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The lot consists of one Monopoly: Warhammer 40,000 edition and one Risk: Warhammer 40,000 edition. Both items are presented in their original printed cardboard boxes, factory-sealed in plastic shrink-wrap. The Monopoly game is designated for ages 13+ and 2-6 players, featuring the tagline Fast-Dealing Property Trading Game. The Risk game, subtitled The Grimdark Game of Strategic Conquest, is designated for ages 10+ and 3-5 players. The Risk packaging includes the manufacturer’s barcode 5036905045353 along with Winning Moves, CE, UKCA, and EAC logos.
Condition report:
Both examples are factory-sealed but display packaging distress. The Monopoly box has a tear in the shrink-wrap with accompanying crushing and a small split to the cardboard edge. The Risk box exhibits more substantial damage, including a large tear to the shrink-wrap and a heavily crushed and torn corner. Additionally, the top surface of the Risk lid has a puncture and associated creasing near the logo. General shelf wear and scuffing are present on the plastic wrap of both boxes.
